Tip of the week

NYFA is here to help you stay afloat in these difficult times by connecting you to emergency financial help, professional development strategies and events, and our NYFA Classifieds board. And while figuring out how to sustain your life and career is important right now, there’s one other thing you must do: take care of yourself. You might want to practice meditation; choose a time of the day to get lost in a book, podcast, or show; or set aside a few minutes to do nothing (if you have the luxury of doing so!). If these strategies are not working for you, please take a look at all the tools the CDC has available to those who are finding it difficult to manage their stress levels. Remember, asking for help is not a weakness.
